How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly). Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment aggregators. You will receive a tax invoice via email for every payment.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my free WhatsApp/AI quota?

You will be notified when you approach your monthly limit. Additional usage is charged at the rates mentioned above and billed at the end of the month or added to your next subscription payment.

Is GST included in the pricing?

All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable GST (18%). GST will be added at checkout as per Government of India regulations.
